Refund Policy

Digital downloads — please read before you buy

Our planners, patterns, and full versions of our tools are digital products that are delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital downloads, we generally cannot offer a refund once a file has been downloaded.

Purchases made on Etsy

Full versions and patterns are sold through our Etsy shop, DigiBloomCreationNKK. Etsy’s purchase and refund policies apply to those orders. If you have a problem with an Etsy order, please contact us first so we can try to fix it.

If your file cannot be downloaded

If your download link does not work, the file is damaged, or you received the wrong file, contact us at info@paxmahub.com with your order details and a description of the problem. We will send you a working replacement file. If we cannot provide a working file, we will arrange a refund through Etsy.

Before you buy

Please check the product description carefully, including what is included and what is not, and try the free web version first where one is available. If you are unsure whether a product suits you, message us before buying and we will be happy to help.
