PaxmaHub (“we”, “us”) is run by Paxma LLC. This policy explains what data we collect and what we do not collect.

1. Free web tools — your data stays with you

Our free budget and business tools run entirely in your browser. Anything you type into a free tool — your income, expenses, invoices, inventory, or wedding plans — is stored only on your own device, in your own browser. It is not sent to our servers, and we cannot see it, access it, or recover it for you. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, your entries in the free tool will be lost unless you have exported them yourself.

2. Newsletter

If you join our creative community (newsletter), we collect only your email address. We use it to send you product updates, special offers, and creative inspiration. We do not sell or share your email address with anyone else for marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

3. Purchases on Etsy

Full versions of our tools, and our planners and patterns, are sold through our Etsy shop, DigiBloomCreationNKK. When you buy on Etsy, payment and order handling are managed by Etsy, and Etsy’s Privacy Policy applies to that purchase. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

4. Cookies and analytics

We do not use non-essential cookies or analytics that identify you personally on this website. If this changes, this section will be updated to describe the tool used, what it measures, and how you can opt out.
