These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Paxma Hub Store (the “Store”), operated by Paxma LLC (“we”, “us”). By browsing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
Products and pricing
We describe our pieces as accurately as we can, but small variations in color, texture and finish can occur. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. If a price is listed incorrectly, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was incorrect. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs a flat $4.95, or is free on orders of $35 and over. Most orders arrive in 5-12 business days, tracked. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page, including the Christmas order cutoff.
Returns and refunds
You may ask for a return within 10 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Damaged, wrong or missing items: we pay the return shipping. Returns or exchanges without any reason: you pay the return shipping. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been misused.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Store, attempt to interfere with its operation, place fraudulent orders, or copy our content, images or text without permission. All Store content, including product photos and descriptions, belongs to Paxma LLC or its suppliers and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Store after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
