How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive in 5-12 business days, tracked. We email your tracking number when your order ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet – we currently ship within the US only.
How much is shipping?
Flat $4.95, and free on orders of $35 or more.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@paxmahub.com as soon as you can. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 10 days of delivery with a photo, and we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
How do returns work?
