- Orders $35 and over: FREE shipping
How long it takes
Most orders arrive in 5-12 business days. Every order is tracked, and we email your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Please order with this timing in mind: our pieces are planned purchases (like seasonal decor you choose ahead of time), not next-day essentials – and we would rather tell you the real wait upfront than promise a speed we cannot guarantee.
Processing time
Orders are confirmed with our suppliers within 1-2 business days before dispatch. You will get an order confirmation email right away, and a second email with tracking when your order ships.
Seasonal & holiday orders
Seasonal pieces (from our Seasonal shop) are planned purchases – if you are ordering for a specific date, please order early. Current season – Christmas 2026: for the best chance of delivery before Christmas Day (Friday, December 25, 2026), please order by Thursday, December 10, 2026. Holiday carriers get busy in December, so earlier is always safer. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched.
