Our promise

If something is not right, tell us – we will make it fair.

Return window

You can ask for a return within 10 days of the day your order was delivered. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@paxmahub.com with your order number.

  2. We will reply within one business day with the next step.

  3. Once the return is approved and received, your refund goes back to your original payment method.

Damaged, wrong or missing items – we pay the return shipping

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or something is missing, email us within 10 days of delivery with a photo of what arrived. In these cases we will offer a replacement or a full refund – and we (the seller) pay the return shipping. We will send a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping cost. You will not pay return shipping for our mistake.

Returns or exchanges without any reason – you pay the return shipping

If you want to return or exchange an item without any defect – for example you changed your mind, or ordered the wrong style or size – that is fine within the 10-day window, but the return shipping cost is paid by you (the buyer). The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and check the return, your refund goes back to your original payment method.

    Refunds

Refunds cover the item price and any shipping you paid us. They are issued to the original payment method only.

    Notes

    • Personalized or final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong.

    • For order questions, adding your order number helps us answer much faster.
